Through The Grain

Through the Grain was written as a tribute to moments when you feel like everything suddenly clears up and you step over the threshold to new territory – something that can happen after a long struggle to learn something new, but can just as well happen in an instant with a glass of beer.

The song was first released as opening track on My Mind Is Open – an LP with Uppsala based bands released by Open Mind Records in December 2023. Now it's also available for streaming, although in a slightly different version with a banjo that is not included in the LP version.
